  With the development of building material industry, the production of the new powdery materials such as putty powder, thermal insulation material, dry motar and flowleveling material are elevated. To improve the quality and production and save energy, Our company designed a computer controlled, movable cordwood type plant.

The cordwood type plant is the result of the automatic weighing technology, which is more suitable for building material industy, with the advantages as follows:

1．Mixer and batching scale is integrated, namely the load sensors is installed on the support of the double-helix mixing machine, so that the mixing machine also has the function of weighing measurement, and effectively reduce the overall height of the complete set of equipment.
2．The low storage for raw material is on the the ground, using the oblique spiral conveyor to lift material into the mixer for measuring. Without high hopper, platform, and foundation of construction, the bulk cement is injected into the hopper with pump truck, and for sand, the electric hoist is used, because this can reduce the labor intensity.
3．The material feeding is microcomputer controlled, which is executed in turn by different inclined screw conveyor into the double helix mixing machine, and the finished product are transported into storehouse by elevator,and the packing is proccessed by the semi-automatic e packaging machine. Now commonly the packaging machine has two kinds: one kind is the valve type; Another kind is the open type. The valve type packaging machine with self-styled pocket ability, don't need seam line, but not appropriate for fiber is more powder material and foam particles of packaging, and the open typ needs seam machine.
4．For small amounts of the material, in the upper part of the mixer we designed an entrance for manual feedinng, the computer will issue an order of pouring instruction, to fibrous material, we can use the pressure blown machine to blow the fiber into the mixer, after the fibers have dispersed, the whole stuff will be mixed efficiently.
5．Measuring ingredients and mixer are controlled by PLC and touch screen man-machine interface device. Chinese interface design is very affinity, formula of input, parameters are given, displaying the interface operation, ordinary workers can be easily mastered. While production, the operating workers send the raw material to the bunker and the product packaging, every proccess is controlled by automatic device to complete. In order to improve the reliability, our company applies the imported PLC and touch screen man-machine interface to control.

 The height of the whole equipment is 4.5 m,  and the roomspace is 5m×7 m, with the installed capacity 15kw, and the actrual power is 7~10kw.
 Every batch the weight is 800~1200kg, 2~3batches per hour, the production is 2~3 t per hour. 3~4 workers are needed.
  The equipment is cheap, without base, easy to move, the high degree of automation, especially the measurement controlled by mixing microcomputer. Without human factor, and can effectively reduce mistakes, improve product quality, very suitable for small enterprise or large enterprise production small batch product use.
