Double-shaft paddle mixer
Double-shaft paddle mixer is the product of BUHLER company,
satisfying the customer with intensity and high
efficiency. The 2 horizontal shafts contro-rotate in the
same speed, on which specially distributed many paddles
in three directions—radial, loop, and axial. In few
seconds, the powder will be stirred efficiently. On the
cover, there are atomizing nozzles for mixing the
mixture of solid and liquid. In the mixer, the 4
fly-cutters can mix the ultramicro powder with the main
shaft paddle mixer is an ideal mixing machine with
low-speed, high-efficient and energy-saving
characteristics. 5-8min/batch can reach uniform mixing (commonmaterial).
Stable discharging, no material leaking, large
adjustment range of load quantity, 60%-70% load can
reach ideal mixing effect.
W-shape mixer body, with inner wall and outer wall in
both ends. The space between inner wall and outer wall
is connected to the mixer body. When feeding and
discharging, the exhaust air circles inside this space,
and no dust leaking, protect environment.
Rotor is consists of paddles, shafts and braces. Under
the functions of motor and reductor, chain makes rotor
running under fixed speed. The paddles which assembled
in two shafts with fixed angles filled materials inside
the space, and make materials movable mixing under
zero-gravity conditions, and also do radial movement
under the push of paddles, and reach even mix.
Discharge control system is consist of cylinder link
machanism, universal driving shaft, position switch,
self-lock device, etc. Discharge door is assembled in
the universal driving shaft and connected to slave
rocker of link machanism. Hinger connects cylinder head
to drive rocker. Cylinder reciprocating movement, make
universal driving shaft rotates through link machanism,
and open or close discharging door. The self-lock device
overcomes the door self opening under the lower pressure
or no-pressure when door is closed. Discharging door is
consists of door bracket and adjustable screw nuts.
There assembles seal elements around discharge door
under shell. When close the door, the side clings to the
rubber seal of the element, so no material leaking.
Change seal elements if they are broken, and adjust the
position of nut to change the distance angle between
bracket and door.
Widely used in the
fields of chemical, construction, medicine, pigment,
resin, glass silica, fertilize, food, feed and other
powdery or granular materials.
