Foam floor slab is an A-class non-combustible inorganic heat
preservation material, which has the good fire
performance, thermostability at 1200 degrees for three
hours, still maintains integrity, because the closed
foam rate > 95%, thus it has good insulation
performance. The product, with light bulk density, big
volume,and the density is about 250 kg/cubic
meters. Because
of the numerous independent bubble, so the
sound-absorbing effect is more effetient than the
common concrete about five times, and the sound
insulation coefficient is greater than 45 dB. The
board has passed the anti-fatigue vibration (1.5
million times) experiment by the national testing
center. The integrity of this plate and steel
structure by welding, can resist the 9 magnitude
quake. The resistance of bending load is 3 times of
its self weight (national standard is 1.5 times).The
compressive strength is more than 5 mpa (national
standards for 3.5mpa). The hanging force is more
than1500N (national standards for 1000N), With the
characteristics of avirulent and harmless,
environmental protection and energy saving, the life
of Foam floor slab is more than 50 years, same with
the building.

Our company provided the automatic cement foam insulation board
production line to Shaoxing Zhongji Waterproof
Material Co., LTD in Zhejiang province since 2005, now
nine sets of automatic production lines in different
types continuously have been manufactured and saled,
and the production process is generally:put the water
and fiber into the stirred tank, and then cement, fly
ash and intensifier, every 5 seconds add early
strength agent, so a mixed timekeeping begins, after
20 seconds add the pearl powder, while the first mix
process is over, add the hydrogen peroxide. And the
second mixed timekeeping starts. (the 1st
mixture keeps 100 seconds, the 2nd mixture
keeps 20 seconds, and discharging keeps 25 seconds),
the whole production time is 4 minutes. And the
foaming time from the start of the discharging is
about 30 minutes,and we can tear the mold open. The
foaming volume is 1030 * 1030 * 360 mm, so the
production is about 12 cubic meters by the dual
machines every hour.

The advantages as follows:
1、 Cement, fly ash, and vitrified micro bubbles are
mixed together in pulpous state, with
the characteristics of spontaneous bubble, light
density, and fire prevention performance. The material
is the national recommended new type of building
materials.

Raw material is sent to the store silo by the pneumatic
conveying system, with the excellent performance of
fast feeding process, environmental protection, no
residue and low consumption.

Intelligent pneumatic conveying equipment is the patent
of our company, adopting PLC and touch screen control
model, and this device perfectly combines automatic
measureing and pneumatic conveying technology
together, and the whole transportation happens in the
sealed pipeline,which can be cleaned by the equipment
itself. The transportantion of the stuff is conveyed
very clearly. To prevent demaging the pipe in the
course of transmission, our company applies ceramic
technology in the elbow, so the wear-resisting effect
is significantly enhanced. Comparing with the
traditional batching scale and elevator, the piping
layout is quite flexible, and no position limitations.

Through the pneumatic tee valve in the piping
installation, the pneumatic conveying system can
realize the point-to-multipoint transportation. In the
illustration there is a measuring system, realizing
one pipe conveying into 2 agitated reactors.
5、The additives can be measured pricisely, avoiding the
artificial errors caused by the manual feeding.

Liquid applies automatic feeding, heat preservation and
quantitatively discharging into the agitated reactors.
7、
Powder and fluid are stirred well, fast, and
discharging thoroughly, keeping clean in the kettle.
In the illustration, feeding, bacthing,
transportation, mixing, and discharging, are finished
in four minutes completely.
