Instruction of the Main Parts
1．The IPC is the core control equipment, connected with the electronic scale, pulse counter, thermometre, PLC by the RS485 line. The signal is output to control the relevant relay of the equioment, and it can receive the working situation signal. The IPC executes complying with the program to control the related machine.

2．Control contents
（1）To control the combined batching for several powder scales and several liquid scales.
（2）The temprature testing of the two mixers.
（3）To switch the feeding valve of the batching scale.
（4）To control the launch&stop, timing, and feeding of the mixer.
（5）To control the temprature of the mixer.
（6）To control the input and change of the batching proportion.
（7）To control the technological parametre of the batching.
