  With the increasing of foreign trade,  Quantitive packaging scale evolutes into Soft Ton Bag Quantitive Packaging Scale, including 2 types: hopper type and vertical type.
1.Measuring principle: The hopper type packaging machine measures the powder in the hopper, while the weight is 1 ton, the powder will be discharged into the soft bag; The vertical type packaging machine puts the powder into the bag directly, and stop while the weight is coming to 1 ton. Both of the two types are controlled by computer. The packaging speed fro hopper type is 30 bags/hour, with high installation; the speed of the vertical type is 10 bags/hour, with low installation and investment.
2．Two kinds of fixing form of the soft bag.

Bag hanging type: put the 4 hammocks up, and put the bag to the mouth of the discharging hopper to weigh the mass.

 Guard type: The soft bag is fixed in the guard, no need to hang, which is more convenient and with low installation. While operation, just put the bag to the mouth of the discharging hopper to weigh the mass.
3.Ton Bag handling
Conveying belt with motor, which is labour saving, but expensive and not easy to maintain.
Flat lorry with track --- cheap choice.

Hydraulic cart --- cheap, no track, and easy to move, but low efficiency.

4.Clamping type: pneuamtic clamping device or manual elasticity clamping.

5.Feeding methods: For different powder, applying vabritor feeding, screw conveyor feeding, belt conveyor feeding and gate feeding.

6.Bag blow device: To measure after opening the soft bag and air inflation. Otherwise there will be no enough space for the powder, and need the manual beating, so that’s inconvenient and influencing the precision.

7.Dust collector: In the case that the dust comes out while filling the bag, we use dust collector to protect the environment.
