Dense phase pneumatic conveying & automatic measuring batching system belongs to my company's patent technology. After years of experience in powder industry area, optimized in the high-rise steel type, and hierarchical batching, we combined the measurement and conveying together, so this system reduces the installation height, reduce the foundation excavation, with the performances of environmental protection,no material residues, convenient and diversified production, covering a little area, equipment energy consumption saving.1、The system is composed of three sets of conveying pot, with automatic batching function, and the other one is for eight silos respectively containing raw materials by air compressor. 2、 Using mixer to mix materials, mixed with liquid water spraying to the material, and this solution reduces dust, mixed time can be controlled automatically.3、采The efficient dust collecting equipment, achieving the environmental protection requirement.4、Electrical control applies PLC and touch screen control, good reliability, can be connected with the computer.
